When you refer to praying for someone &quot;biblically&quot; I expected you would be using the actual text of Scripture in the prayers.  Perhaps praying the psalms as a prayer over persons.

One help I use in my prayer life is daily prayer focuses.  Each day has a different focus.  This doesn&#039;t mean I don&#039;t infuse personal prayer, but I am reminded to pray for those things I can easily forget by getting caught up in the daily needs that cross our desks.

I do like that you are seeking ways to improve the methods of prayer.  This is an area that a lot of Christians have forgotten.
